Tenant is responsible for obtaining risk of loss insurance
Special locks are required and are available for purchase at lease signing
Bestco Storage does
not
send bills for rent
Customer is liable for damages to storage unit
A fifteen day notice is required prior to vacating the unit
When vacating you must clean the unit and remove your lock
