There is a $5.00 administration fee applied to new accounts
A $15.00 late fee will be applied to late payments
Tenant is responsible for obtaining risk of loss insurance
Special locks are required and are available for purchase at leasing
Bestco Storage does
not
send bills for rent
Customer is liable for damages to storage unit
15 days notice are required prior to vacating the unit
Space must be clean when vacated
